Occupying Marbella's finest location, Skol Apartments enjoy a prime position on the resort's sea front. The Skol is separated from the long sandy beach by a marble pedestrian promenade fringed with palm trees. The complex is opposite a beautiful park and is within easy walking distance of the winding cobbled streets of the old town. The apartments are surrounded by beautiful semi tropical gardens with extensive lawns for sunbathing. There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. The facilities include a lively garden bar/restaurant and a sophisticated music bar where you can enjoy large screen T.V. for all sporting entetainment. There is a 24 hour reception and lifts to all floors.
In the immediate vicinity, there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets and a short distance away is the renowned Puerto Banus.
We can offer a range of reasonably priced, cheerful holiday accommodation apartments in a superb location. From studios, to 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with prices ranging from £80-£540 p.w. depending on the size of the apartment and the season. Undergound parking spaces available at a small extra charge.

Facilities:
STUDIO APARTMENTS: Sleep max 2 people, they comprise a bed-sitting room with separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony
1 BEDROOM APARTMENTS: Duplex style or all on one level, they comprise twin bedroom, separate living room with dining area, Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. A put-u-up bed can be supplied at a small extra cost for a third person
2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS: There is a spacious living room with dining area, south facing balcony, 2 twin bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. A put-u-up can be supplied at a small extra cost for a fifth person
3 BEDROOM APARTMENT: The apartment is a 3 bed apt with lounge / dining area, modern kitchen with all integrated appliances including oven. hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
A separate washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. The bathroom consist of bath with overhead shower, wc and washhand basin. The 3 bed rooms are as follows:
bedroom number 1 King size bed with build in wardrobes
bedroom number 2 one set of bunk beds with mirrored wardrobes including wall mounted safe
bedroom number 3 twin bed with free standing wardrobe
The apartment was totally refurbished in May 2007 and is of a very good standard.
All the apartments are equipped with satellite T.V
English managers are available to make your stay as comfortable as possible
All linens are provided except for beach towels
Heating is included during the winter.

Please note that due to the recent (April 2007) 60,000.00 Euro refurbishment of apartment 939B (a 2 bedroom apartment), there is a £25 per week supplement for this apartment.
Extra foldaway bed or Cot available at £25.00 per week including linens and towels
Apartments that are air-conditioned carry a £35.00 per week surcharge in the summer months
Rates are weekly and include heating, electricity, linens and towels (except beach towels) which are changed weekly

We accept cheques, debit cards or credit cards. There is a 1.7% service charge for Visa or Mastercard credit card payments.
A deposit of £35 p.p. is required to secure a booking. The balance is due 9 weeks before your arrival.
